We do both. You can bring us your existing architectural plans, or we can collaborate with designers to create a custom home layout that fits your lifestyle, lot, and budget. We also have a collection of floor plans ready to go should you like one of those.

Our pricing includes materials, labour, mechanical systems, finish selections, GST and a detailed scope of the work. Before construction starts, we provide a clear breakdown so you understand exactly what is included and what optional upgrades are available. Those upgrades are subject to additional charges.

If you want to change a finish or feature, we review the cost and timeline impact before moving ahead. This helps you make informed decisions and prevents unexpected fees or delays.There is a fee for any change order incurred.

Yes. We manage everything: building permits, engineering approvals, any architectural controls, and all required inspections. This keeps your project compliant with code and ensures a smooth, stress-free process.

We are a part of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program which provides a comprehensive 10-year new home warranty that includes:

1 year for labour & materials

2 years for delivery and distribution systems (like plumbing and electrical)

5 years for the building envelope (like the roof and exterior walls)

10 years for major structural components (like foundation and framing)

Yes, site visits can be scheduled during safe phases of construction. We walk you through progress updates, milestones, and upcoming steps so you feel confident and involved throughout the build.
